Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By ordering from KPK Digital Hub, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital Products Nature
All products sold by KPK Digital Hub are digital in nature (subscriptions, accounts, software licenses). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund or replacement may be issued in the following cases:
- The product/account delivered does not work as described
- You received the wrong product
- The product stops working within 24 hours of delivery (not due to user misuse)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Account ban due to user violation of platform terms
- Sharing credentials with others causing account issues
- Products working as described but not meeting personal expectations
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with:
- Your order details
- Proof of the issue (screenshot)
- Description of the problem
5. Resolution Timeline
We aim to resolve all refund requests within 12–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for purchase.
