DMCA Policy

1. Overview

KPK Digital Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to us containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our site
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the content provider of the removal
• Provide the content provider with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant, who has 10–14 business days to seek court action before we restore the content.
